AlzheimerAlzheimer's disease (AD), also known as Alzheimer disease or simply Alzheimer's, is a slowly progressive sickness of the brain that is characterized by mutilation of memory and eventually by disturbances in reasoning, language, planning and perception. Many scientists consider that Alzheimer's disease results from a raise in the production or accumulation of a specific protein (beta-amyloid protein) in the brain that leads to nerve cell death. Alzheimer is the most common cause of dementia, afflicting 24 million globally. Alzheimer's in a progressive and fatal disease for which there is currently no cure. Its symptoms are Daily Dose, Take:
