d) Selenium: 50 mcg. Every day.
e) Zinc: 50 mg. every day.
f) Vitamin B12: 1,000 mcg. Every day dissolved under the tongue.
g) Ginkgo biloba: 40 mg. 3 to 4 times daily.

Choline: 650 mg. 3 times daily.
