Fitness
FitnessFitness is normally defined as the capability of a person to live a joyful, well-balanced life. It embraces the physical, communal, intellectual, and spiritual features of a person's life. It is a relative term, depending on individual circumstances and for what a individual needs to be fit. Fitness has health-related mechanism and skill-related mechanism. Health-related mechanism includes aerobic fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Skill-related components contain agility, balance, speed, power, coordination, and reaction time. Both sets of mechanism interrelate and are interdependent. A deficiency in any part reduces overall fitness. |
