School Health

School health education consists of a planned, sequential, K-12 curriculum that addresses the physical, intellectual, emotional, and communal dimensions of health. Health services are provided to scholars to evaluate, protect, and endorse health. These services cover the stipulation of emergency and principal care, access and referral to community health services, and supervision of chronic health conditions. A healthy school environment attends to the physical and artistic surrounds, and to a psycho-social environment and culture that bump up the health of students and staff.
