Kabbalah
What is Kabbalah?Kabbalah the world's oldest body of spiritual wisdom contains the long-hidden keys to the secrets of the universe as well as the keys to the mysteries of the human heart and soul. Kabbalistic teachings explain the complexities of the material and the nonmaterial universe, as well as the physical and metaphysical nature of all humanity. Kabbalah shows in detail, how to navigate that vast terrain in order to remove every form of chaos, pain, and suffering. According to the wisdom of Kabbalah, reality consists of two forces, or qualities: the desire to receive and the desire to bestow, to give. Since the desire to bestow wants to give, it creates a desire to receive, hence its more commonly used name "the Creator." Therefore, the whole of creation, including us, are manifestations of that desire to receive. For thousands of years, the great kabbalistic sages have taught that every human being is born with the potential for greatness. Kabbalah is the means for activating that potential. Using Kabbalah, we can work with the fundamental forces of reality-reception and bestowal-to our benefit. It doesn't only teach us the design of creation, but how we can become designers, as omnipotent and as omniscient as the original Designer of reality. Myths about Kabbalah
Why is Kabbalah so Popular Today?Today, we see that more and more people in the world are unable to find fulfillment. Humanity seems to be plunging into depression, suicide and drugs abound, and people are trying to disengage themselves from the world, and suppress their feelings. So that many people believe in humanity's progress is approaching a dead end. Our past hopes for a better, happier life through scientific and social progress have been overshadowed by a growing pessimism over what seems to be an impasse once, we thought of ourselves as making great leaps forward, believing we were making substantial progress, but now we appear to be facing some kind of a wall. It is written in the Book of Zohar, that at the end of the twentieth century humanity will start asking about the meaning of life, and that the answer to this question, hidden in the ancient science of Kabbalah, can only be revealed in our time, precisely because of these challenging circumstances. The science of Kabbalah has been concealed over millennia for this very reason. People were not ready for it, and did not need it. But in recent years its appeal has risen dramatically. Many have taken up Kabbalah studies, curious as to what it can give them. Once a person realizes that Kabbalah answers the question about the meaning of life, he or she no longer feels intimidated by it, and begins to actively engage in studying it. Ideas that Kabbalah is about magic, miracles, red strings, and holy water are gradually dying out. People can see that these are merely psychological phenomena. |
